Call from Noel this evening – she slept a bit, she ate a bit (some real food) and she feels pretty darn good.

Please tell Noel that she has been in my thoughts and prayers daily. Exodus 15:26 “…for I am Jehovah that healeth thee.”

    Hey, Guys-
It’s me-Peggy. I have been out of pocket for the last 2 weeks, so imagine my surprise to find Noel/Annie diagnosed, surgerized, and still recuperating in hospital(as they say in the UK). I have been in Austin helping to provide support for my friends, Wally & Judy Eaton. He was diagnosed with stageIV throat cancer in Sept. and just had his 3rd 96 hrs of chemo in hospital. All went extremly well. They are very devote and he goes to church everyday when he can. It is very true that prayer, positive imaging, biofeedback, meditation and for me holding my love one in my mind with comfort and saying 3 Hail Mary’s before I fall asleep, helps me and hopefully, the target person. So, I will be doing that tonight for you, Clark, Luke and John Francis.
I’ll keep this short, because I know how tough it is to read and expend any energy(I had 19 cm of bowel removed at the end of the summer)-so be patient with your resources and know your OKC contingent is feelin’ ya & lovin’ you all.

    Hi Noel,
“Feels pretty darn good” sounds like such good news to me! I’m so happy Sarah got there to be with you.
I remember meeting her years ago and how much fun it was to be with her. I know your anxious to go home but hope you are careful to not rush things. I pray for you constantly.
    Love,
    Jacky

  4. Noel,

The school is not the same without your smile. I hope that you are recovering well and I am looking forward to seeing you when you are all better.
PS I am mailing the Lion/Raiders Tickets to you today. Jahvid is out for the season due to the concussion he received in the 49er game and previous concussions. Hopefully he will be at the game so we can talk to him.

    Hi Noel/Anne (now I think),
This is Aline writing to you from New York (but really live in Princeton). Just wanted to say hi and that I’m so happy to hear you’re doing better and that we’re sending you love and prayers from way back East and wished we were closer so we could bring some goodies to Clark as he waits for you to get home. Please know we’re thinking of you and praying all goes real well.
    Love,
    Aline
PS It’s unbelievably warm here in NY – such strange weather. I was out showing apartments today in a tee shirt and light rain coat. So unusual. Hope it’s nice and sunny out your way.

    Noel our dear friend,
Chad and I were talking about the bunch of us who showed up here nineteen years ago – you, he and I are the only ones left. I feel like there is a huge hole in the family without you here. Come home to us soon. We love you, pray for you, and miss you.

    Noel,
You have been in our thoughts and prayers. We’re so touched that you traveled across the country to share daughter Erin’s wedding with us the beginning of this month. It was wonderful seeing you and Clark, and it was certainly special having so many family members there. Glad you have been able to eat a little solid food. I’ll be looking forward to your blog about eating a whole meal, okay?
    Love and Peace,
    Mimi and Bob Nusbaum
